Job Requirements

1. Graduate in electrical-related major, with basic ability to operate 2D and 3D software (CAD\UG).

2. Honest and trustworthy, diligent and progressive, meticulous and careful in work, responsible, with good communication and coordination

skills, and clear career planning and goals.

3. Possess certain English oral communication skills, able to adapt to work communication with foreign colleagues.

 

Job Responsibilities

I. Technical Research and Innovation

1. Keep up with the latest developments in electrical technology, research and introduce advanced electrical equipment and technology suitable

for yachts to improve yacht performance and comfort.

2. Develop new electrical system solutions to meet the needs of yachts under different working conditions, such as optimization of power

systems and development of intelligent control systems.

II. System Design and Improvement

1. Participate in the overall planning and design of yacht electrical systems, collaborate with other professional engineers to ensure good

compatibility of electrical systems with yacht mechanical, structural, and other systems.

2. Evaluate and analyze existing electrical systems, identify problems and deficiencies, and propose improvement plans to enhance system

reliability and stability.

III. Equipment Selection and Testing

1. Select appropriate electrical equipment and components according to yacht requirements and technical specifications, such as generators,

motors, batteries, controllers, etc.

2. Test and verify newly selected equipment to ensure performance meets requirements and coordinates with other yacht systems.

IV. Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance

1. Responsible for fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of yacht electrical systems, promptly resolving electrical issues to ensure normal yacht

operation.

2. Develop maintenance plans and emergency procedures for electrical systems to improve maintainability and reliability.

V. Project Management and Collaboration

1. Participate in yacht R&D project management, formulate project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.

2. Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as marine engineers, hull engineers, process engineers, workshop technicians, etc., to

jointly promote yacht R&D and production.

VI. Engineering Design

1. Responsible for measuring and improving consumption quotas for yacht materials, energy, and labor, effectively controlling costs.

2. Undertake the formulation and verification of drawings, process documents, and work standards.
