Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Hull, Industrial Design, Mechanical Design, Interior Design, or related fields, with basic English listening and speaking

skills;

2. More than 5 years of relevant professional design experience, with 2 years or more of team management experience;

3. Proficient in product professional knowledge, capable of product analysis and calculation;

6. Strong team management skills, learning ability, spirit of research and exploration, and a rigorous work attitude.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the design and development of yacht-related professional systems;

2. Review and approve ship engineering drawings to ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality standards;

3. Collaborate with other engineers to ensure smooth integration of ship systems into the overall yacht design;

4. Review and analyze performance data, proposing improvements and technical innovations for ship systems;

5. Review and improve material and energy consumption quotas, and conduct cost control;

6. Participate in the design and development of new products, managing preparation and modification work;

7. Conduct in-depth quality control inspections and provide after-sales technical support for ship-related systems.
