Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources. Proficiency in spoken English is a plus.

2. Over 5 years of HR experience, including more than 3 years in recruitment and employee relations, with experience in performance

management preferred.

3. Familiar with relevant laws and regulations such as the Labor Contract Law, Civil Law, Occupational Disease Prevention Law, and Work Injury

Management Measures; proficient in performance management tools and methods; solid skills in recruitment and employee relations.

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong data analysis ability, able to work under pressure, proficient in using HR systems.

Job Responsibilities

Employee Relations:

1. Draft departmental policies, understand democratic procedures, promote policy release through democratic processes, and ensure

implementation.

2. Lead full-cycle labor contract management, familiar with Labor Contract Law and Civil Law, oversee the entire employee lifecycle from

onboarding to offboarding, proactively conduct preventive compliance work to mitigate labor risks.

3. Familiar with Occupational Disease Prevention Law and Work Injury Management Measures, lead the improvement of the full work injury

management process, independently handle work injury issues.

4. Establish employee communication mechanisms, organize care activities (holiday benefits, team building, etc.) to enhance satisfaction;

capable of independently handling complex employee relations issues.

5. Follow up on employee exit interviews, analyze reasons for departure, and provide improvement suggestions.

Recruitment Management:

1. Track manpower needs in real-time based on the company's short, medium, and long-term plans, and update staffing accordingly.

2. Possess a certain level of innovation, able to innovate recruitment channels, plans, and school-enterprise cooperation in real-time to ensure

recruitment effectiveness.

3. Lead full-process recruitment management to ensure accuracy and efficiency, completing recruitment plans.

4. Regularly review recruitment data (cycle, cost, job fit) and continuously optimize processes.

Performance Management:

1. Assist in designing and improving the company's performance management system, including setting performance indicators and optimizing

assessment processes.

2. Organize performance assessments across departments, guide managers at all levels to implement assessments correctly, ensuring

fairnessjustice, and transparency.

3. Collect, organize, and analyze performance assessment data, generate performance analysis reports to support employee rewards

promotions, and training.

4. Handle employee appeals regarding performance assessment results, coordinate related issues, and continuously improve recognition of

performance management.
