Job Requirements

1. Basic English skills for simple communication;

2. Responsible, sincere, meticulous, passionate, and willing to create change.

3. Composite materials, hull, outfitting technician/engineer (specializing in polymers or composite materials, industrial design, mechanical

engineering).

Job Responsibilities

I. Product Design and Development:

1. Responsible for receiving and converting product drawings and design documents according to the drawing plan;

2. Develop and implement relevant product technical improvement plans based on customer feedback;

3. Analyze data from processes, sea trials, delivery, and product usage to improve related products and process designs.

II. Engineering Changes

Responsible for the technical implementation of engineering changes for related products.

III. Manufacturing Support

Provide relevant technical solutions on-site;
